Episode 5 Michael is switching things up and heading to his brother's place, we don’t normally hunt private if the water is right. A good relaxing weekend in the woods was much needed from the first and second public hunt beatings. Once we saw the “Thank God” look on Michael’s face we knew he was ready to go duckwild for the next 3 months. It’s crazy what a few greenheads can do to you. Fast forward a week or two later and we were back for more, started calling ducks early, they showed up but we couldn’t get them to land exactly where we were in the hole. Moving around is when the magic started to happen and ducks began to fall in place. Hunting isn’t always about shooting them, it's about going out there sitting in the timber, easing your mind, soakin’ it all up. We were about to call it for the day and Michael saw 6 or 7 ducks drop in the hole next to us about 100 yards away. A few shy of our limit and it was a long shot getting over there without them noticing. Did the Back Down South camo save us? Tune in to find out!
