Ingredients
1 - 1 cup maida
2- Pinch of baking soda
3- Salt as per your taste
4- 1 tablespoon of oil
5- 2 boiled potatoes
6- half tablespoon of salt
7- half tablespoon of amchur powder
8- 1/4 tablespoon of garam masala
9- 1/4 tablespoon of red chilli powder
10- half cup peas
11- 2 tablespoon of bread crumbs
13- chopped salad like cucumber,onion and tomato
14- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
15- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
16- cheese

Method
1- In bowl add 1 cup of maida, salt as per taste, pinch of baking soda, and 1 tbs of oil
2- Add water gradually and make a soft dough
3- Rest the dough for 10-15 mins
4- Take 2 boiled potatoes and mash them well, add salt as per taste, 1/2 tbs of amchur powder, 1/4 tbs of garam masala and 1/4 tbs of red chilli powder, half cup peas and 2 tbs of bread crumbs, mix all ingredients well and start making tikkies
5- Shallow fry the tikki in non-stick pan with 1 tbs of oil
6- In a bowl add 1tbs of mayonnaise and 2 tbs of ketchup and make the dressing
7- Roll 1 piece of dough to thin chapati and make holes in that
8- Half cook the chapatis just like we do with Frankie's
9- Now make a slit in chapati as shown in the video, and apply the dressing, salad and tikki as shown by me in the video
10- Fold the tortilla and grill it on a griller sandwich maker
11- Your delicious tasty and crispy tortilla is ready to enjoy
