About Fitness Phenom:

My name is Eric Rivera, and I am a calisthenics athlete based out of NYC. I’ve participated and competed in many sports, from boxing in the amateur circuit, to BJJ, to powerlifting. My main competitions include the following:
Boxing in the Golden Gloves in 2011 and 2012

We will be focusing on the FUNDAMENTALS, on what true and tested, and what works for me. We will NOT be getting fancy, but instead focusing on reps, positioning, core strength and engagement, and really on improving on basic calisthenics. I will be including many of my OWN routines that I have never released or shared with the public that has allowed me to become a multiple time #champchamp.
