Welcome to this I AM Meditation of Powerful Positive Energy Affirmations.

Join me in saying each of the following affirmations 3 times out loud or in your head. Confidently say each statement with focused energy and deep emotion. The more you feel and connect to each statement, the more rooted they will become.

We will end with a moment of Laughter Meditation because intentional laughter elevates your mood, increases your energy and motivation, and builds a positive, resilient mental state.

Create a 40 day affirmation habit by listening to these affirmations for positive thinking for 40 days in a row. This will water the affirmation seeds, nurturing them to grow and become your deep rooted beliefs. Watch your beliefs blossom into reality. Ready? Okay.

I am aligning myself with positive energy.
