If you are a fan of music, there is nothing like a visit to Muscle Shoals, Alabama. They say that the Tennessee River sings to you and I agree, I heard it loud and clear. The Muscle Shoals area is the birthplace of the Muscle Shoals sound fathered by Rick Hall the owner of Florence Alabama Music Enterprises, F.A.M.E. From the F.A.M.E. studio came so many hit tunes, they had the most sought after rhythm section during that time. The "Swampers" had a falling out with Mr. Hall and ended up starting their own studio at 3614 Jackson Highway known as Muscle Shoals Sound Studio.
