Filing deadline for the Liberian Refugee Immigration Fairness (LRIF) program is December 20th, 2020. The program gives eligible Liberian nationals and certain family members in the United States a one-year window to apply for adjustment of status (green card). AILA member Jonelle Ocloo explains the eligibility criteria and the application process.

The AILA-DC Chapter is partnering with other organizations to put on a pro bono clinic this Saturday, December 12, from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm (ET) to help LRIF applicants.
