Tips & Tricks - Kokos kuglice od samo 3 sastojka - bez šećera i brašna

Kokosove kuglice
Sastojci:
▪️ 3 bjelanca + (prstohvat soli)
▪️ 3 kašike eritrita
▪️ 180g kokosovog brašna

Priprema:
Bjelancima dodati prstohvat soli i miksati. Postepeno dodavati eritrit i nastaviti miksanje dok se ne dobije gust snijeg.
Dodati sitno mljeveno kokosovo brasno te kasikom ( ne mikserom ❗️) sjediniti sastojke.
Pecnicu ugrijati na 170 stepeni.
Tepsiju obloziti masnim papirom, oblikovati loptice velicine oraha i redati ih.
Peci 10-15 min dok ne dobiju zlatno smeđu boju.
