Line in test with Chopin Ballade No. 1

I initially recorded the whole piece, but the MIDI program crashes when it is saving a 9-minute-long recording for some reason. Sadly, I had to cut out the beginning so I could include the coda.

Anyway, I tried to digitally record my piano with some Chopin. The audio still feels pretty flat to me, but if I do analog recording, the clacking of the keys will be heard, and it kinda gets in the way of the music. Well, at least the piano sounds clearer now.

There's still a buzzing sound in the audio, and I have no idea how to completely eradicate it with Audacity's Noise Suppression.

Oh yeah, some of my keys (especially Eb5) won't play its sound sometimes. Imma need an upgrade for real, lol. This is evident in 1:22.

I was inspired by the recording of Rubinstein and Zimmerman. Listening to them made me want to learn the piece too. I think this piece is one of those pieces that every pianist who is interested in classical music should learn to play or should listen to. I usually play this piece for own satisfaction. I don't think I will upload my own "official" recording of this piece.

I still struggle at the coda, haha. It's very difficult to maintain the strength of the right hand. I think part of my difficulty is my arm posture. I noticed my right hand being too high and the fingers were bending up.

When I was learning the coda, the technicality reminded me of the climax of Animenz's Kawaki wo Ameku. Perhaps Animenz took inspiration particularly from this piece to write his arrangement? Or maybe it's the habits that he accumulated from being classically trained? Well, all I can conclude from that is that it is related to classical music, which makes sense because, iirc, Animenz said he blends classical music in his arrangements.

P.S. I finished writing a piano arrangement of Minami's DROP. I expect to record it somewhere in July, since that is my summer break. It's our Finals term right now, and I will not be uploading until then.
