BIG NEWS! After starting the little loaf micro bakery out of my in-laws’ house in Illinois, my husband and I just found the perfect new home for it… in Arizona! ☀️

I’m beyond excited and a little nervous starting in a brand new city without any customers. Because my grand opening is March 15th, which is coming up fast. There’s still so much to do - like set up my new space, finalize my new menu, plan the grand opening, invite everyone I know to it, and of course… bake a lot of bread and cookies.

The best part is, I’ll be documenting every single step of the process—to turn my journey of launching my micro bakery in a brand new city into a case study to help you start a micro bakery of your own.
