🫐✨nutritionist kristen Most ice creams nowadays are FILLED with so many preservatives, emulsifiers and artificial colours. and flavourings which are just NOT good for your health, ❤️especially if feeding to kids! ✨This a healthy alternative simply blend 250g cottage cheese, 1 cup of mixed berries (I used blueberries and raspberries) and 3 tablespoons honey and then freeze for around an hour and a half! 🍧🫐
