In this video I answer the Facebook ads question: Should a new eCommerce business use carousel ads or reach ads on Facebook?

That question doesn't make complete sense and what the person meant to ask was: Should a new eCommerce business use CONVERSION ads or reach ads on Facebook?

So that's what I answered.

Whilst Facebook reach ads are fantastic for getting your products in front of as many people as possible, I think Facebook conversion ads are the way to go, at least to begin with.

When you first start advertising on Facebook, you want proof of concept more than anything.

You want to demonstrate that your target market is interested in the products you sell, and that Facebook ads is a viable way to sell them.

So my recommendation is to start with conversion ads on Facebook and use other Facebook ad campaign objectives later down the line.
