What are your thoughts on the correlation between Autism and ADHD?
Do you have both or one or the other?
I definitely need to make it my goal this year to look more into everything. Even though getting my diagnoses has been life changing and healing for me, theres still so much I do not know. I purposely went into my diagnosis appointments without reading everything there was to know about Autism, ADHD, CPTSD. Once I was officially diagnosed, it was such a relief but I was also very burnt out, from having lived through so many experiences I had repressed. This year, I think I will dedicate more time to learning more about it all. This can only be helpful when helping myself longterm, mentally, physically and in every area of my life.
