Gautam Adani and PM Modi ne milkar Bihar loot liya | 1050 acres property in 1 Rs || Bihar loot liya

In today’s video, we uncover one of the most controversial deals in Bihar’s recent history. Congress has alleged that the BJP government, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has effectively “gifted” 1,050 acres of land in Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, to Gautam Adani’s group for just ₹1 per year — and that too for a 33-year lease.

The land is meant for a 2,400 MW coal-based thermal power plant, but the decision has sparked massive outrage. Why? Because according to reports, this land is not barren — it includes fertile stretches where nearly 1 million (10 lakh) trees such as mango, litchi, and teak are standing. Critics fear that this development project could lead to large-scale deforestation, loss of biodiversity, and displacement of local communities.

Congress leaders have labeled this as a “double loot” of Bihar. First, the land and resources are allegedly being handed over at throwaway prices. Second, the electricity tariff for Bihar residents is expected to be around ₹6.07 – ₹6.75 per unit, while in states like Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh, power costs range from ₹3 – ₹5 per unit. This means Bihar citizens may end up paying higher rates for power generated from their own land.

What makes this even more politically sensitive is the timing. Opposition parties claim that ahead of elections, the deal symbolizes crony capitalism, where political power and business interests overlap. Reports also suggest that during PM Modi’s visit to Bihar, locals were prevented from staging protests, with some placed under a “house arrest”-like situation.

In this video, we break down the entire controversy —
• What exactly happened with this land deal?
• Is the “₹1 rent” claim true and justified?
• What will be the environmental cost of cutting down 10 lakh trees?
• How will this affect farmers and locals in Bhagalpur?
• And finally, is this project really development, or is it exploitation masked as progress?

Stay tuned as we dive deep into the facts, political allegations, and on-ground realities to understand whether this is truly a step toward growth, or yet another example of how power and politics collide in India.
