SABUDANA (sago) - 1 cup, 180 grams
WATER - to wash
WATER - 1 cup, 250ml (to soak)
BOILED POTATO - 2 large size
PEANUT - ½ cup, 80g, roasted & crushed
SALT - 1 tsp
GINGER - 1 tbsp, finely chopped
GREEN CHILLI - 1 tbsp, finely chopped
CUMIN (jeera) SEEDS - 1 tsp
CORIANDER LEAVES - ½ cup, chopped
CURRY LEAVES - 10, finely chopped
SUGAR POWDER - 1 tsp
LEMON JUICE - ½ piece
OIL - for deep fry

Green Chutney Preparation :

ROASTED PEANUTS - ¼ cup, 50g
GINGER - 1 inch
GREEN CHILLI - 4
MINT (pudina) LEAVES - 1 cup
CORIANDER LEAVES - 1 cup
CURD (yogurt) - ½ cup, 120ml
ROCK SALT - ½ tsp
