*Note I should have written the solution x=e^t, not x=e^x. In analog computing t is typically the independent variable* This is a super simple analog computer I put together. Basically it is an integrator that’s output is coupled back to its input. Mathematically this is equivalent to saying, “The integral of a function is equal to the function”, which is equivalent to saying “The function is equal to the derivative of itself”, ie. x’=x. The solution of course is x=e^t.
