When you don’t feel comfortable inside of who you are:

➡️ when you avoid how you feel
➡️ when you don’t trust in you
➡️ when you aren’t compassionate with you

👉🏼 It becomes much harder to acknowledge what’s there and invite more in ‼️

When you open to more of your own energy, you open to more that’s desiring to come through you too.

This requires being with the parts of you that you typically run from, and learning how to feel safe seeing them, feeling them, and ALLOWING THEM to be present.

So the work of opening your channel is the work of opening to you….

….and what could be more rewarding than that?
