Megadrive FANTASIA by Infogrames - one credit - no practice - how far can i get?

Is this the most disappointing and downright dreadful Mickey Mouse game with the biggest licence attached? The really screwed the pooch with this one. I was playing other MM games and I thought I'd give this one another go, I should not have bothered, but randomly got further in it than I ever have previously. Not only are the controls awful and the level design atrocious, but the music and sound effects are actually offensive, being as they are sampled from digital Satan's bowel movements.

Have you played Fantasia, or does it just play you? what are your thoughts?

is it worth the cash? with retro game prices on the increase the people need to know.
