Selain pakai gypsum powder yg food grade kita juga bisa pakai air cuka atau air jeruk nipis buat jd coagulant tahu nya

Ingredients:
1 cup soy beans
1 teaspoon gypsum powder
Water

Method:
1. Soak the soy beans for 8 hours or overnight in enough water to cover them and allow for the beans to expand.
2. Drain and rinse the soybeans and blend with fresh water. In the video, we blended 1/2 the soybeans with 1 cup water, then the other half blended with another cup of water.
3. Pour the blended soybeans into a pot and add another 6 cups of fresh water.
4. Heat on high heat while stirring until the froth begins to rise.
5. Take the mix off the heat and pour through a fine cloth to catch the ground soybeans. Let sit and cool and squeeze out the soy milk when cool enough to touch.
6.Place the soy milk back into the pot and bring to the boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat.
7. Add 1 cup of water to the gypsum powered and mix.
8. Stir the soy milk while pouring 1/3 of the gypsum mix into the soy milk.
9. Stop stirring, remove the spoon and sprinkle 1/3 of the gypsum mix onto the soy milk.
10. Close the lid and leave for 3 minutes.
11. After 3 minutes, stir the gypsum mix first, then sprinkle the rest onto the soy milk.
12. Gently stir the top 1 - 2 cm of the milk for 15 seconds, remove the spoon and put the lid back on.
13. Wait for 6 minutes.
14. Thick curds should form. If not, mix some more gypsum powder (1/4 teaspoon gypsum with 1/2 cup water) and add to the soy milk and leave it for another 6 minutes with the lid on.
15. Once curds are formed, scoop into tofu mould with the cloth inside, fold cloth over and put weight on top for 15 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how form you want it. Store in water when finished.




Bahan:
1 cup kedelai di rendam dengan 5 cup air (nanti airnya dibuang setelah selesai)
setelah kedelai mengembang ambil 1 cup dan blender dg 1,5 cup air, lakukan sampai habis.
siapkan air untuk merebus kedelai hasil blenderan sebanyak 5 cup, rebus susu kedelai (jadi total air yg masuk ke panci utk direbus adalah 8 cup.
gypsum powder sebanyak 1 sendok teh dilarutkan ke dalam 1 cup air
