The Dual-Axis Tilt Sensor utilizes an industrial-grade MCU and low-power wireless transmission technology (CAT1/LoRa) to periodically acquire the attitude angle of objects. Equipped with a built-in high-capacity lithium battery and self-contained solar charging, it ensures long-term stable operation without power failure concerns. Based on user-configured acquisition cycles, angle alarm thresholds, zero-point calibration, status heartbeat packets, and other functions, the sensor periodically reports data to the cloud server. Users can remotely monitor on-site facility and equipment status promptly, enabling safety monitoring, early warning, and maintenance for large-scale engineering facilities and equipment, achieving multiple intelligent management functions. Wireless data transmission utilizes two schemes: LoRa and CAT1:
LoRa Scheme (AC108L): Based on Semtech's low-power, long-range LoRa spread spectrum wireless data transmission solution SX1278, featuring sleep mode with wireless wake-up function. Signal coverage: 1km.
CAT1 Scheme (AC108N): Based on CAT1 chip, supports all major carrier networks in China. Low-power design. Data is directly uploaded to the user's cloud platform via base stations.
Parameters of field devices can be modified remotely via wireless transmission. The device features local data storage, enabling remote queries for convenient tracking and maintenance of on-site device usage.
The sensor incorporates temperature drift compensation and local data saving functions in case of network disconnection or transmission failure.
The housing structure is made of high-strength aluminum alloy material with a sealed dustproof, waterproof, and corrosion-resistant design (IP67 protection rating). The product features easy installation, simple debugging, usage, and maintenance.
