My first successful Teralyst Capture using only Paracesis Sentient Bane to damage the Eidolon's Synovia and eventually slay the beast.

This was only the second attempt, I'm still getting used to the nuances of the various hitboxes and animations. I am well aware of several mistakes made, especially forgetting the shield on the second Synovia.

In case you want to try it out for yourself:
Builds used are shown at the end of the video. Funnily enough, I accidentally brought the wrong Volt build, but it worked out in the end.
Break the arms first.
Especially the tree arm. Later on in the fight, it gains a forced-stagger hitbox which you do not want to be anywhere near.
The animations from the Rending Crane Stance are very compatible with the Teralyst's hitboxes and animations. That said, most of this is aerial attacks, so it's open to preference.
The Lures will take significantly less damage if you park them even a short distance away from the Teralyst.
Vomvalysts suck.
You can walk on parts of the Eidolon. This enables ground slams on the head, torso, or legs, but not the arms.
