Diablo III - Might of the Earth (Barbarian) Set Dungeon Mastery

Mastering the Might of the Earth Set Dungeon on my Barbarian for my season journey for Diablo III Season 21 (patch 2.6.9).
This set dungeon is found via the City of Caldeum waypoint in Act II, and right up to the Belial entry, where it's on the right. You need to do a combination of Leap - Ground Stomp - Earthquake in that on each elite (there are 7 elites), freeze and kill at least one enemy every 10 seconds for a minute (this is helped by Leap casting Earthquake), and kill everything without taking fatal damage.
