BEST TIPS FOR THIS BATTLE:
If you are an Arcane/int/faith build this fight should be easy even without a summon so really nex tips is if you are a caveperson like me and you went the Dex/Str path.

1-Equip your heaviest physical negation armor set to tank a few hits, you will be doing everything on horseback so don't worry about being heavy.

2-Equip a Long weapon/Bleed weapon (heavily recommended) or your strongest weapon and infuse it with bloodgrease to get that first kill as soon as possible.(Get recipe for blood grease from Nomadic Warrior's Cookbook 6 at fort haight, bloodrose is plentiful there as well and root resin next to warmaster shack you can farm). I'm using in the video Forlorn Hound Evergaol's drop, Bloodhound's fang its a rather easy to get weapon if you have already killed the first boss and it's not even upgraded so im pretty confident if you have an upgraded longsword or heavy axe and infuse it you should be ok.


3-Get your tankiest summon and try summoning it in a corner to separate them I actually made it this time with the jellyfish and its not even upgraded so really if that's all you have, I'd say give it a go. If it happens to die before you kill one of them, be patient with your hits and be careful of the wooden beam on the right side of the room, I got stuck there for a second but you can also use it to your advantage.

4-Once you kill one of the two, as you will see, it becomes a really easy fight but if you are doing horseback strategy I'd suggest going for the hammer first since that one has a lot of range and might be tricky if you cannot get the kill before your summon dies. Stick to galopping clockwise for flail and counterclockwise for hammer.


So I was actually very disgusted by this particular boss, it's not a hard battle but can be tricky once you get a strategy specially if you are just wandering around expecting to encounter a chest or a couple of enemies...Not a Boss fight and you are just a moron who didnt use their runes before barging in. Which is what happened to me,I'm that moron. If I'm being honest I tried several strats from doing ranged, trying heavy weapons, fast weapons bleeding, summoning and ranged for more than an hour until actually I made final try by horseback (I was actually giving up and equipped my sacrifical twig just to get my runes back and yeet out of there but it seems not caring about dying too much and just going in also helped out. CONFIDENCE MATTERS TOO!)
