From the makers of Taxicab Confessions on HBO. In 1998 we started CrushedPlanet because we wanted to create a platform that would let filmmakers and producers own their content and make the lion's share of all the money coming in from showing their work. We also wanted to foster cutting-edge filmmaking. We launched Crushedplanet three times over the next 12 years, but the platform never fully came together because we couldn't afford to make it robust enough. However, we produced many incredible series during that time for the platform. The War on Comedy was filmed in Los Angeles in 2008, and it has never aired. I hope you enjoy it.
