• Understand the importance of people with HIV's participation in clinical quality management program activities.
• Learn effective strategies and resources to overcome common barriers in engaging
consumers in quality improvement activities and improve their participation in HIV QI efforts.
• Develop hands-on strategies for receiving meaningful input from people with HIV to improve HIV care.
