Sit in a comfortable and relaxed position.
Close your eyes and take some deep, slow and breaths in and out.
Breathe and relax.
Let your breath flow easiliy and in your own natural rhythm.
relax your face
relax your eye brows
relax your mouth
and release your tongue.

feel the gravity of the earth.

As you inhale and exhale,
feel the grounding energy of the earth entering through your feet,
floating through your body.
