The 70KG fully-automatic winding machine is a pet strap winder, which has double winding mode of weight and meter, and the maximum winding diameter can reach 720mm. The winding mode achieves two winding modes: paper core and paper core-less, so that one machine can be used for multiple purposes, and its working state can be switched according to the production demand. Constant tension winding is realized by using a swing arm to achieve constant tension winding, as well as a one-button inflatable shaft winding and a side constant tension with adhesive tape winding. The winding surface and side winding are ensured to be neat, with invisible turning marks or uniform winding patterns on the side, and no overlapping phenomenon. It can realize one personnel to operate multiple machines,resulting in labor reduction and production costs.
