“Forever, is a song written by the Cross Country Band’s pianist, Allen David. Allen is featured on the lead/solo vocals, backed by the vocal harmonies of the Cross Country band.

We dedicate this song to the memory of our late guitarist Steve Jukuri.

Cross Country Band was a country music ensemble from South of Detroit, Michigan USA that was formed in the early 1990s. The band consisted of 4-part vocal harmonies and 4 professional musicians. Not long after forming the band, Cross Country won a battle of the band's contest against 120 other bands, the band launched into traveling and performing with many national country artists at fairs, festivals and concerts throughout the Midwest and Southern USA. After several years of traveling the band decided to slow down a bit and was booked as a reoccurring act for a couple of years at the Motor City Casino in Detroit, before finally deciding to stop performing and pursue other musical interests. This recording is from one of their final recording sessions.
