Soup:
broccoli
water
salt
EVOO (optional, for topping)
1. Boil broccoli until soft.
2. Blend with cooking liquid until smooth and soup like.
3. Add salt.
4. Add more salt.
5. Touch more salt.
6. Top with EVOO.
