AutoClosures in Swift (Basics) – 2022

In todays video we will learn about the auto closure keyword in Swift, what its used for, and walk through a practical example. Used as a perf optimization, auto closures are designed to be useful but not obtrusive. Extensively used by the swift standard library, learn what benefit they provide. We’ll work in an Xcode playground with the latest version of Swift.
