Why PDM can't stop PTI to dissolves Punjab and KPK assemblies?

First, because the vote of no confidence can not succeed against PTI in KPK because of its large majority in the province and after the SC ruling about votes of defectors, the vote of no confidence cannot be successful in Punjab too.

Second, PDM can not impose governor raj in Punjab and KPK because Governor Rule can't be imposed without the president's approval according to articles 232 and 233 of the Constitution of Pakistan. Further, after the 18th amendment, we require a provincial assembly majority to impose governor raj. So governor rule can not be imposed on Punjab and KPK this time.

When will be an election in Punjab and KPK Assemblies?

Now the election for KPK and Punjab will be in March 2023 but the election for National and Sindh assemblies may be later in the year 2023. The election of Balochistan will be decided by the army establishment.
