There are a lot of essential items when it comes to Backcountry snowboarding and winter sports. Here's a quick run down of what goes in to my bag on most winter days in the BC mountains. This is a pack list for machine access snowboarding but it also gives you an idea of what you need to pack for splitboarding and side country adventures as well. I hope this helps everyone or anyone looking to spend more time chasing powder in 2024.
