How to Reach Lonavala ?

To reach Lonavala from Mumbai and Pune, taking the Express trains is the most affordable option. Once outside the station, you'll find buses, autos, and cabs for your convenience.

If you're arriving from Mumbai or Pune:
Catch an Express train and alight at Lonavala, exiting from Platform No. 1. You can find auto-rickshaws outside the station, charging around Rs. 350 to take you to the villas. For a more budget-friendly option, walk 500 meters to Lonavala Local Bus Stop. Catch bus number 368 to Nigdi Bus Stop, but get off at Waksai Bus Stop after the toll booth. From there, take another auto-rickshaw to the villa for about Rs. 200.

If you're coming from Mumbai:
Take a local train from Dadar, Thane, or major stations on the Central line, which goes to Khopoli. Alternatively, you can reach Karjat and change trains for Khopoli if a direct train isn't available. Outside Khopoli Railway Station you'll find auto-rickshaws charging around Rs. 500 to drop you at Lonavala. However, for a budget-friendly option, walk 500 meters to Khopoli Bus Terminus. From there, catch a bus to Lonavala or take a Sharing Eeco Cab near the terminus for Rs. 50 per person. Once at Lonavala Local Bus Stop, switch to bus number 368 heading to Waksai. From Waksai, take an auto to the villa.

You also have the option of ST Buses, which can take you directly from Mumbai or Pune to Lonavala.
