IG: burpeegirl_liss Join me for this FAT BURNING + MUSCLE TONING / BUILDING DUMBBELL WALKING WORKOUT and let`s burn some calories while toning the entire body. This is a modified version of my favorite type of training: running in place + compound moves (body weight exercises or weight training). I`m using heavier weights with this workout: 4 kg each.
This workout can easily be adapted to any fitness level:
1. LIGHT WEIGHT+ WALKING (30 MIN)
2. LIGHT WEIGHT+ WALKING FOR 1 HOUR (DO IT TWICE)
3. HEAVY WEIGHTS + WALKING (30 MIN)
4. HEAVY WEIGHTS + WALKING FOR 1 HOUR (DO IT TWICE)
5. LIGHT WEITGHT + RUNNING IN PLACE FOR 30 MIN
6. LIGHT WEIGHTS + RUNNING IN PLACE FOR 1 HOUR (DO IT TWICE)
7. HEAVY WEIGHTS + RUNNING FOR 1 HOUR (THIS IS WHAT I WOULD DO)

I tracked the running version of this workout using 2 bands: Amazfit 5 and Xiaomi MiBand5
Amazfit 5 (freestyle mode): 299 calorie burn
Xiaomi Mi Band 5 (exercise mode): 358 calorie burn
