Join me today for a fun, yet rain soaked land investing and real estate road trip as I travel to Southwestern Missouri and look at a nice 156 acre cattle farm that has rolling hills, valleys and woods. This property has a newer double wide home as well as a 2nd home that could be made into a VRBO rental, or a hunting cabin rental or just a 2nd home for family and friends when they come to visit! There is a lot to take in on this property so let's dive in! The land is beautiful rolling hills and valleys, but the woods have been timber harvested pretty hard, and the ground is very rocky, which is consistent with Ozark Mountain property, and the homestead has some water runoff issues to say the least, but it is very private at the end of a private gravel driveway!
