Описание к видео How to Cook with Solar Panels! eggs, burgers and more! direct connect! (12V Pans to 100W Panels) Ez

this video shows how to run 12v frying pans and sauce pans using only two 100w Solar Panels! it works awesome and couldn't be easier! in short it's just a direct connect. the panels are wired directly to the pans! *no batteries required! 12v panels (at full power) produce about 6 amps each and the pans are 12 to 13 amps (at full power) so it matches perfectly. *panels wired in parallel. in the video i show the solar panels cooking burgers, eggs, soups and more! was only getting 9 amps (total) out of the panels during the tests and it still cooked everything perfectly. (lower amps was due to angle of the sun). i also show the pans running from a 12v power port (socket). usually when you think about solar cooking you think parabolic cookers and solar ovens. both of those are great, but here's a short list of some of the advantages of PV (photovoltaic) or solar panel cooking. *list is also shown in video.
1.) this doesn't blind you (parabolics can). 2.) can be done indoors... just run the wire in - like i did. 3.) doesn't take half a day (or all day) *solar ovens often do. 4.) this isn't cumbersome (parabolics usually are). 5.) can be connected to battery on a cloudy day. 6.) can be run using an autos 12v power port. 7.) can be run with wall current (*with the use of an AC to DC transformer). i'm loving it. now i can cook right next to the computer! if you want an easy useful project and a simple way to "go solar" give it a try. again, all you need is the panels and the pans (and the sun). it's a direct connect so it couldn't be easier. saves money on electric too. please rate, subscribe (click bell) and share video... btw the pans are both by roadpro and sold on amazon. (prices on pans went up before x-mas, they should come down some in january/february). for the record, i have no connection with the roadpro company at all. i just like their products - especially these pans. very solidly built. great for camping, off-grid, emergencies, tailgating or for anyone living in areas with little to no electrical grid. or just use as a fun way to "go green" and save money on your electric bill. finally, this last paragraph is for people who want a detailed breakdown of what to expect if they're using a single 12v battery to power the pans (no panels or wall current). first, the pans average 12 to 13 amps (average 12.5 amp hours per hour). so, assuming you're using an average size (110-115ah) deep cycle battery, you should get about 3 hrs of total cooking time out of a single fully charged battery (or 36 to 39 amp hours of juice for cooking). *note: it's only one-third of the total amps that the battery holds because batteries only let you pull one-third of their power (before the battery is considered 50% depleted). *that's the lowest you're supposed to go before recharging them to avoid damaging them. finally, since most of the things i cooked (using the 12v power port - which has a comparable output to a battery) took only 15 minutes to cook, you should be able to cook up to 12 separate things on a single battery before needing to recharge it. (15 minutes x 12 = the 3 hrs)
