This video shows how a customer service officer at DBS, Julius Nieto Arbitrario, had promised me a funds transfer reversal with all charges waived on 2 Jan 2014. But 19 days later, and counting, the funds transfer reversal has not been done. Earlier, A lower level customer service officer at DBS, named Melanie Edem, had transferred me to Julius and said he will handle the reversal.

Transcript:

On 2 Jan 2014, at 8.30am, I made a request to DBS over the phone to cancel a
funds transfer. A Julius Arbitrario said the funds transfer could be cancelled, as
long as I sent in a form via email to him. At 9am he sent me the form to be filled.

At 9.11 am on the same day, I replied with the filled form. Over the phone, Julius
Arbitrario had agreed to cancel the transfer and waive all related charges. I stated
so in the email and wished for his reply.

On 2 Jan, 11.04am, 2 hours later, Arbitrario responded that my "request had been
submitted to [dbs] remittance department for processing." It is 21 Jan 2014 now,
19 days later, my telegraphic funds transfer has not been reversed, the charges
have not been waived, and I have not gotten any confirmation of reversal.

More than 19 days and counting, and still no successful funds transfer
reversal with charges waived as promised...

What happened to customer service?
