You’ll love this Delicious Gluten Free Banana Crumble. It’s loaded with fresh bananas and is piled high with a crunchy pecan crumb topping. The dessert is easy to make, indulgent will delight you with every crumbly bite. The Banana Crumble is extremely good all by itself but is made even better with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream.

Here’s what you’ll need:

For the Banana Filling:

Bananas
Brown Sugar
Butter
Cinnamon
Maple Syrup

For the Crumble Topping:

Butter
Gluten Free Flour Mix
Brown Sugar
Pecans

RECIPE NOTES FOR MAKING THE BEST BANANA CRUMBLE:

Refrigerate leftovers in a sealed container for 2-3 days.

For best results, the bananas should be ripe. A nice bright yellow without any green on it or any signs of starting to over ripen would be ideal.

Gluten Free oats can be added to this recipe if desired. If you're not on a gluten free diet you can add regular oats. Add 1/2 Cup – 3/4 of a Cup along with the pecan

The pecans can be swapped out for walnuts almonds or peanuts, id preferred.

I use Bob Red Mill 1 to 1 gluten free flour mix for the banana crumble topping. Use your favour gf flour mix or just plain rice flour if preferred.

If you’re not on a gluten free diet, you can use regular wheat flour in place of the gf flour. Use the same measurement.

You can skip the maple syrup if needed. It can also be replaced with table syrup or honey if desired.

If you’d prefer less sugar, trying halving the butter and sugar in the filling. Add 1 Tbsp of butter and 1/4 cup of brown sugar instead.

Make this recipe vegan by using vegan butter or margarine in place of the butter.s.
