Caleb, my partner, is eating my prep diet (1300 calories) for the day, and we’re taking you along for the full experience. From meals, reactions, and hunger levels to mindset shifts and a few laughs along the way, this vlog is a real look at what prep actually feels like at this stage.

This phase of prep is where calories are low, structure is tight, and mental resilience becomes just as important as physical discipline. Sharing this day through someone else’s experience was such a reminder of how much perspective matters — and how much strength is built in these quieter, tougher weeks.
