EIPM webinar: Human resilience for Supply Chain resilience

In this webinar, we will explore how supply chain resilience depends, in fine, on human abilities and attitude.

Supply chain resilience is defined as the ability to respond to unplanned events and sudden changes, can be achieved thanks to a diversity of tools methods and best practices. However, ultimately, it is the ability of humans to react to these changes that makes the difference. The webinar will share some key ideas and some practical industry examples that illustrates the effectiveness of human-centred approaches to managing disruptions.
