infrared remote control setup! (on r-net chairs)

today, we're gonna take a look at getting television remote controls setup to work right from your wheelchair joystick! this isnt a new feature - BUT figured it's worth taking a look at! unfortunately, i dont have any quantum, or invacare chairs with this feature right now, so we'll take a look at permobil, amy systems, and one other chair!
