In this video, we will get to know that how we can differentiate heart attack pain and cervical pain. Firstly, we can differentiate by pain character. In cervical pain, the pain can be on both the sides whereas in case of heart pain, pain will be only on left side of the body.
It can be heart pain if the pain is increasing while walking and decreasing after rest and if near to no change in pain occurs after physical activities, this leads to cervical pain. If consumption of Sorbitrate decreases your pain, then it is heart pain.
Shoulder abduction relief sign- Keep your hand on the head while suffering with pain and if this position leads to a decrease in pain, then it is cervical pain.
