As tension remains high among the people staying near most of the flooding rivers in Kasese district, there are reports that some people are up to reluctant about shifting to nearby  safer places.
Many say they have to tend to their belongings, but for Yusuf Mulwalahi, who cheated death on fateful first day of may, its not the right path to take. He nearly lost his life while trying to secure academic documents for his senior six daughter.
