4 Ingredients Peanut Barfi Bites | Perfect for sharing or gifting this festive season, these bite-sized delights are the ideal balance of indulgent and simple. Quick to make, rich in flavour, and with that extra-special homemade touch ☺️✨

Ingredients:
Peanut butter - 1.5 cup
Maple syrup - 6 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Ghee - 4 tbsp

Dark Chocolate - 1 cup
Coconut oil - ½ tbsp

Chopped roasted peanuts - garnish

Method:
In a bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, ghee, and salt. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a pan and cook for 15-20 minutes or until thickened.
Pour into a lined and greased tin. Set in the refrigerator for 5–6 hours.
In another bowl, mix melted dark chocolate and coconut oil. Keep aside.
Once the peanut mixture is set, de-mould and cut into the desired shape.
Refrigerate the pieces again for 10–12 minutes.
Dip each peanut bite in the chocolate mixture.
Garnish with chopped roasted peanuts
