Ducati Desmo450 MX: First Look with 9x World Champion Tony Cairoli | Desmodromic Valves Very Awesome

Ducati is entering the motocross world with their first ever motocross bike, the Ducati Desmo450 MX. This bike is unique because it uses a desmodromic valve system, something no other motocross bike has.

The bike is still under development, but we can see it in action thanks to a new video featuring Tony Cairoli. While Cairoli is excited to be involved, he can't help but express his wish that Ducati had entered the motocross world sooner, during his championship years.

This collaboration between an Italian champion and an iconic Italian motorcycle brand is exciting for fans, but it might sting a bit for KTM loyalists, the brand Cairoli had success with before joining Ducati.
