This banner was released in early November 2006 (most likely November 13th 2006) and was scrapped on launch day replaced with the November 19th launch dummy banner due to the shop not being done. The shop was finally finished in December 10th 2006 and users were finally able to download Virtual Console games like Donkey Kong or The Legend of Zelda. And a new beta Internet Channel was also available. A new selection called WiiWare was released in 2008 which means people could play new popular titles like World Of Goo, Sonic 4 Episode I and Cave Story. The Shop closed in 2019 which means you can no longer buy any VC, WiiWare or Wii Channels but you can still redownload content you have bought before. There is a new revival called WiiMart where it is like before and also Flash games! You will need a homebrewed Wii and a PC or an android with microSD support and a WAD manager. YAWMME is recommended as it has brick protection. WiiModLite is outdated. Make sure to have BootMii as boot2 and priiloader in case it’s a corrupted WAD.
