A Day At The Off Grid Cabin | Cutting fire wood 🪵

Today we picked up a new chainsaw on our way to the cabin and started the job of splitting wood for next season! The weather is warming up and summer is right around the corner, which means we need to get our wood split and stacked before winter!

We are still working away at cleaning up the wood from the storm last season, so the amount of firewood is never-ending!

We ended up with a good amount cut today and we will back up again soon to start splitting! Homesteading and being self-sufficient is a never-ending list of work but that's okay because we love it!
