Take out Vita first because she is able to inflict various ailments on the party like Confuse and Seal which are not good (Absolutely avoid her S-craft by taking her out with powerful moves of your own). Crow mostly fights the same way as his Cold Steel 1 fight, except the NT-Is are much more dangerous (having a lot more HP and inflict more damage upon exploding) and he has a new attack: Arc Slash which reduces ADF (which is dangerous because it'll allow Vita to do even more damage to you). Deadly Cross is stiill deadly as ever so guard against it (or if you're strong enough, take out Crow quickly along with Vita). Overall the fight shouldn't be that bad if you have a strong hardhitter like Laura with Domination + Radiant Lion and Rean with Spirit Unification + Termination Slash - Dawn and you can even beat them before they get one turn by using Overdrive.
