This game is based on Photon Storm's Quarter, but an extra feature is that you can use a button to wipe out a random block of faces when you are stuck with a piece that does not fit anywhere.

The object is to assemble heads in the four squares. You can either do it the correct way so the heads looks corret, or you can put different parts together to assemble the heads. If you do it so the heads looks correct you will get a higher score.

You have a lifeline if a piece of the heads does not fit anywhere, then you press the fire button and a random head will be removed. You will use one of your coins every time you do this, and extra coins is gained when you progress to the next level.

If you place a piece of head where there is already a piece you will lose a life. You will also lose a life it the time runs out before you have placed your piece.

The timer is the green light around the middle square and it will go faster and faster as you advance in the levels.

This game also exists for the ZX Spectrum (See here:    • Sploids (2019) Walkthrough + Review, ZX Sp...  ) and while it was an okay game and skilled programmed using the Nirvana engine it wasn't as polished as the SAM version.

Extras in the SAM version: Both menu and in game music, more detailed and polished menu screen, instructions screen, in game levels advance, timer counting faster as you make progress through the levels.

A simple but fun to play and very polished game where it ia all about beating the high score.
