The star of “Superbad" and "Don't Look Up" has reportedly sold his super nice Santa Monica home. He parted with the 1950 build for $7.2 million.

The Los Angeles native seems to know his way around real estate. The deal came in an off-market transaction, giving him an upside from his purchase of the traditional Colonial home for $6.77 million in 2019. Hill, 37, seems to have decamped for the beaches of Malibu, so perhaps the timing was right to let go of his 1950s L.A. lair.

The lovely listing, located on one of the “most sought after streets in all of Santa Monica,” is just a few blocks from the Palisades bluffs and faces the rim of Santa Monica Canyon. A serene backdrop sets the stage for the 3,109-square-foot abode, which has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with the master suite on the first floor looking out to the pool.

The layout includes a recently remodeled chef’s kitchen with white cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, and a massive brick pizza oven, along with a breakfast nook. It flows into an attractive formal dining room, which opens out from glass French doors to a patio filled with bougainvillea, with room for outdoor dining. The living room centers on a wood-burning fireplace and features built-in bookshelves and a pendant light. It connects to a large, two-room private study or den, with built-ins.

Upstairs, two more bedrooms share a large connecting balcony. The backyard of just over a quarter-acre offers mature trees and lush landscaping around the pool, with an additional open patio space perfect for entertaining. A separate guesthouse that could also work as a party hangout comes with a sauna and a fireplace.

The home sale happened after the “Moneyball” star plunked down $9 million for a Malibu Colony beach house, according to Architectural Digest. Built in 1980, the stark white contemporary has an outdoor space that offers a pool, spa, and outdoor kitchen. A rooftop deck has ocean views and is located just across the street from the beach.

The comedian, writer, and producer has appeared in such hits as “21 Jump Street,” “Get Him to the Greek,” and “Knocked Up.” He joined the Forbes list of highest-paid actors in 2015, with earnings of $16 million. His role in “The Wolf of Wall Street” earned him an Academy Award nomination.
