S07E07 - The Twelfth Doctors Sonic Screwdriver by Rubbertoe Replicas. This stunning piece is an exact replica of the sonic screwdriver used by Peter Capaldi's 12th Doctor! The Sonic Screwdriver's first apperance was at the very end of the final episode of series nine, 'Hell Bent', and it's last apperance was in the final Christmas special episode 'Twice Upon a Time'.

However, thanks to it’s clever little inserts, you can also dock the Rubbertoe Replicas 12th Doctor’s Sonic Replica.
